HR Exec (Learning & Devt)
• Develop and implement Learning & Development framework, policies, procedures and systems • Identify training needs for all levels of employee and conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to develop Training Calendar • Recommend appropriate Learning & Development programs, both internal and external • Implement Total Company Training Plan (TCTP) • Develop leadership capabilities and functional skills and knowledge as identified through the Training Needs Analysis (TNA) • Source and coordinate internal and external resources needed to implement identified Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives and manage L&D budget • Facilitate On-the-Job Training (OJT) framework • Maintain training records and generate training reports • Responsible for application and tracking of training grants • Facilitate employee engagement program through various methodologies and channels • Enhance organization core values and leadership competency model through various initiatives • Have exposure to Talent Management processes, assessment tools, communication plans & development program for high potentials Requirements: Diploma Holders or degree holders in HRM or equivalent. with relevant experience and above in Learning & Development Independent worker with initiative. Outgoing personality who can interact with different levels in organization. Pre-requisites: Min. Education Level : Diploma Field of Study : Human Resource Management Year of Exp Required : 3 Skills : HR functions / Learning & Development Language : English
