Decomposes stories and creates detail tasks for completion in the sprint. Develops software components. Follows JDA standards to properly comment and document code. Participates in team activities: Story pointing, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Planning, and Release Planning. Pinpoints and resolve software bugs. Demonstrates expertise in applicable technologies, products, and tools Demonstrates the ability to apply domain concepts into the solution and product area Demonstrates good understanding of the product and its architecture Picks up new technologies with ease, solves complex technical problems, and multitasks between different projects Makes tactical decisions on Architectural and Design issues Demonstrates ability to interpret complex problems appropriately and provides solutions using sound judgment Identifies platforms and technologies along with Enterprise Architect Ensures the usage of reusable components through design Ensures that the non-functional requirements like security requirements and performance objectives defined are met Manages technical issues, coding, and configuration to ensure delivery of module and project Collaborates across teams around technical and architectural issues Communicates product requirements to Software Architects Ensures that the code is delivered for Integration Build and Test which includes the release content Tests and integrates with other development tasks Owns responsibility to develop and maintain highly complex product modules Ensures that performance requirements are met Possesses in-depth knowledge of performance tuning Provides performance benchmarking results for the product based on the inputs from Desired Profile Technical expertise in RPG/400, RPGIV, DB2, OS/400, CL/400, Good Exposure to Subfiles Should be comfortable with retail/Supply chain Domain Works as Individual Contributor Preferably have hands on working experience on JDA-MMS product Experience 3 - 4 Years Industry Type IT-Software / Software Services Role Software Developer
