Sales Manager - BPO Solutions

Ideally an MBA with 10 Plus yrs of experience in the sales of high value Back office BPO solutions primarily from an Off Shore Location. Experienced in selling Back office BPO services and solutions. Strong experience in Cold calling, sales campaign at the targeted clients. Responsible for revenue targets. Responsible for getting new leads/requirements. Will be required to negotiate, close deals and manage clients accounts end-to-end. Good personal communication & interpersonal skills, team player. People skills to support the sales force with strong presentation skills and customer interaction. Having solution based selling in BPO Segment. Good in Lead Generation, Marketing Research & managing a team. Should have been involved in closing Multi Million Dollar deals. Ability to sell in a strategic BPO services environment and a solution oriented programs. Understand business solutions, which offer an end-to-end platform for customer needs. Manage prospect and customer accounts to achieve expedient purchase decisions; assist customers with problem resolutions. Ability to articulate IonIdea value proposition effectively to all levels of buyers. Provide close attention to customer needs and expectation. Will be responsible for managing the key accounts. Responsibility will include client relationship Management, Business Developments and technical presentations along with pre-sales team. Continuous interaction with customers senior and middle management for various technical and commercial decisions. Sales presentations to key decision makers effectively selling the capabilities, credentials and project methodologies & Cost-estimation of the new business. Preparing & Responding to RFIs, RFPs & RFQs, getting NDAs and Contracts execution for prospective clients. Develop and present proposals for customized business solutions, negotiate, contracts and close business. Mandatory to work in US Time zones. Role may require travel to overseas location on need basis.
