Job Purpose : To devise and implement marketing strategies for Intex products for the generation of Revenue for the business. Principal Accountabilities : Handling and monitoring of ATL and BTL activities. Developing & executing effective marketing plans designed to assure achievement of market share and profit objectives. Hands on experience in ROI for the Marcomm activities initiated. Creating and executing measurable Marketing Communication Plan for strategic positioning of products/services. Improving the customer experience and creating a sustainable market presence with focus towards the goal of the organisation. Delivering effective and efficient processes and practices related to execution of communication materials across the country. Defining media & marketing budgets to attain required share of voice to achieve product numbers objectives aligned. Liaising with Advertising agencies, Media and PR agency to develop and execute media and PR plans to attain objectives set for the company / brands concerned. Conducting market research to understand acceptability/ relevance of product features & consumer needs. Effective customer-communication through in-depth analysis & strategizing. Identifying opportunities to do cross promotional exercise which can help enhance sales and brand visibility in the market. Managing brand equity and driving growth for the brand and product concerned.
