Handle escalations from clients and provide detailed and structure Root Cause Analysis (RCAs) 3. Report Generation of various tracks 4. Ability to constantly look at process optimization opportunities 5. Ensure compliance to client SLAs 6. Training new joinees& drive performance 7.
