Responsibilities : 1. Ensure proper reporting and communication management mechanism for success of the engagement. 2. Identify and implement best practices and process improvement opportunities 3. Resolve any escalated issues 4. Identification of opportunities for savings 5. Ensure that SLA are met 6. Quality Management activities 7. Act as a second level support for any process related queries 8. Conduct periodic individual performance reviews 9. Identify training requirement for team members and facilitate them 10. Manage the Req to Pay process and provide guidance on issues to Buyers & Agents 11. Support users on uploading of PRs on SAP 12. Conduct Spot Buys 13. Validating rejections made by Agents 14. 2nd Level of escalation & support 15. Follow-up with vendors on PO Acknowledgement 16. Handling escalated vendor issue and resolving any conflicts 17. Escalating issues of Non-Cooperative suppliers 18. Advising on procedure in case of special instructions 19. Handle Sourcing for indirect spend-Need identification, RFx Management, Strategy Creation, Negotiation and Final Decision on contract award up to a defined threshold Must have skills : 1. Experience in handling direct procurement processes industry experience 2. Experience in indirect category sourcing in above mentioned region 3. Understands supply chain nuances 4. Good client facing & client management skills 5. Hands on Experience on e-sourcing tools, Experience on Ariba platform would be preferred and required on similar tools 6. Experience in working in SAP environment 7.
