Experience: 3-5 yrs Skill Set: SQA positions with Hands on implementation experience in CMM / CMMi Strong Metrics management concepts / Agile methodologies / Scrum based projects execution experience Process implementation and Facilitation for all projects Ability to deliver training to fresher's, laterals and senior professionals. Ability to work with and influence cross functional teams which involves strong negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills. Strong understanding of quality systems integration and design for technical and non-technical users. Must have led CMM IPI and SEI CMMi Appraisals before.
