Aspect WFM Engineer

Experience: 3+ yrs Skill Set: Hands on and expertise on Aspect. Has to have a good understanding of workforce principles and guidelines. Knowledge of advanced forecasting, scheduling, tracking, adherence monitoring, staffing and seat planning capabilities. Knowledge of how to improve employee productivity through schedule adherence. Knowledge of how to improve employee schedule self-service. Knowledge of how to increase Employee utilization and decrease costs through better seat management. Knowledge of how to improve Contact Center productivity. Knowledge of how to efficiently manage Contact Center Inbound, Outbound and Resource Staffing.
