Inside Sales Executive
Candidate should have an understanding of the IT technologies, Architectures, products and Solutions. Exposure to working with overseas customers (Preferably US/Europe/ME), mainly in Hi Tech / IT Services domain into inside sales / business development role would be desirable. The candidate should have exposure to International Sales; cold calling; email drafting; customer interactions; presentation, ownership of lead/ revenue targets; account development, etc.. Database hunting to generate leads within a defined geography or campaign, target vertical industry, or product/solutions suite Make at least 60-70 cold calls daily and work closely with his manager Manage and Prioritize inquiries developed by the Marketing Organization Build a strong pipeline and forecast business to accurately predict revenue goals, and this position carries monthly lead quotas. Develop and maintain competitive knowledge on service offerings, industries and products to leverage in lead generation and research Consistently exceed lead targets, Identify additional sales opportunities through Linkedin, Jigsaw, Lead411, Rainking and other portals Maintain a level of metrics to meet activity goals (call volume, email, and revenue objectives) Good knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word and other MS office services Reporting Lead funnel, warm leads, call reports and feedbacks on shared location -CRM Adhere to all current sales methodologies and processes Mandate Skills: Excellent command on English language both oral and written.
