Job Description: Development project and admin support activities Basic project management task coordination (planning, controlling) Quality Systems deployment support activities Data analysis of project reports Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Business/Communication/Quality Systems Experience: Experience in project, quality and administrative support in semiconductor development or electronics industry Knowledge quality systems requirements Other Skills / Attributes: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a MUST especially Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Project For Excel: Ability to Pivot large database and generating complex charts Klusa Tool knowledge/some knowledge of Project Management and Risk Assessment will be advantageous Proficiency in Software Graphical Designing will be advantageous Results-oriented, self-motivated and good team player with excellent interpersonal skills and who is able to work independently under tight schedules with good follow-through as well as complete tasks in a timely manner Strong planning, coordination, analytical and communication skills Creative and systematic
