Role: Position: Manager - Prepaid Sales Level: Manager Salary: Open Location: Tamil Nadu ( Tirunelveli ) Team Handling *PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES : Subscriber Addition Market Share Revenue Target Product Mix Distribution Channel Css Productivity Employee Attrition Special Project > To lead the process of customer acquisition and building IDEA market > share thru aggressively targeting new customers on gross basis, with > constant focus on quality acquisitions through innovative market > penetration strategies and effective channel construct. Constant > increase in revenue, with timely form collection. > Execution of sales plan in their respective zones to achieve desired > numbers and market share as well as revenue for Pre-paid. > Develop effective and productive channel construct to meet targeted > numbers and revenue for the zone. > Ensure the desired product availability up to the last point of the > market. > Ensure that the distributors/ retailers maintain adequate stocks of > all company products and merchandise as per norms. > Ensure the availability of required manpower at distributorships as > per plan and monitor their conduct/ behaviour. > Build trust and relationship with distributors / retailers and > company by clearing any doubts/confusions and providing solutions to > any issue within reasonable time frame. > Work with circle marketing in management of schemes/ promotions/ > contests being run to promote the company brand. > Ensure flow of knowledge, skills and training from company to the > dealer/ retailer staff to ensure output as per targets. Establish > training plan for dealership. Assess training requirements on an > ongoing basis. Coordinate with training content and service providers to implement training. > Establish retail channel schemes at the zonal level based on > corporate guidelines and with the approval of the circle/zone sales head. > Ensure targeted productivity norms for the channel. > To ensure Proper retail penetration. > Build and develop team. Enhance team motivation and productivity levels. > Assist HR in identifying team-training inputs. > Assess and analyze impact of trade promotions/ schemes/ promotions/ > contest being run by the circle and communicate feedback to Circle > Distribution. > Develop strong market intelligence and monitor competitor activities > on trade channel related matters and proactively provide feedback to circle.
