Vacancy for Training Manager - Idea Cellular Ltd -

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES : Conduct product training at all stores (Idea Points) Ensure implementation of training process at all stores (Idea points) Implement Corporate Training Modules both for Internal employees and Partners To drive transformation project roll outs to achieve efficiency as per timelines To improve and sustain Customer Feedback scores based on SMS based Survey conducted, for all touch points Improve Professional interaction behavior scores at Service Centre, to improve quality of customer service delivery Ensure regular Live Call Certification of agents at Out Sourced Call Centre Ensure on-time First Time Resolution of new as well as changed process Timely implementation of Product, Process, Systems, Soft skill training programs, Induction programs & Learning Path for Front Desk Executives to ensure capability building of all partner employees Facilitating enhancement of CSAT scores, especially Soft Skills Attributes and Customer Care Center Attributes by ensuring implementation of action plans related to Training with the help of Out Sourced Call Centre To ensure timely recruitment & Induction of budgeted retainers and ensure timely roll out training module. To monitor, supervise, mentor and performance coaching of the retainers on their training delivery & coaching ability and ensure their adherence to learning path.
