Associate Director - Admission & Financial Aid

Responsibilities: As the YLP product manager the incumbent defines the scope of the YLP programme, the various interventions that would be offered during the programme, identifies the target audience of the programme, prepares the marketing plan that includes go to market strategies and implements the strategies to ensure that adequate numbers of prospective high caliber undergraduate students apply to the programme. As part of the marketing team the incumbent is responsible for the key segments like chartered accountants. The incumbent shall chalk out the strategies to attract these segments through well targeted messaging and implement the strategies to increase the representation of these segments in the PGP class. The incumbent would be responsible for the day to day functioning of the response team. The incumbent would ensure that all the enquiries that come in to the team are responded to within a specified time limit. The incumbent will work out an effective strategy to engage with the application log ins and implement the strategy through the response team to ensure that the conversions to applicants is high. The incumbent interacts with the L&D team to design the week end interventions. Interacts with other departments like ASA and CEE to get the requisite resources to conduct the interventions. Plans and executes on these so as to ensure a high level of impact on the YLP admits. The incumbent interacts with various departments in ISB to seek support in the marketing activities or to understand the profile of students that the school looks forward to have in the next batch. S/he also interacts with different colleges and training schools in India as also international universities, schools and training institutes for joint marketing activities.
