Associate Director Planning and Implementation-Career Advancement Services The role of Planning & implementation involves working closely with BD, Students, L & D & Process to optimise the recruitment output from the placement activity on campus. This role also involves assisting the Director with strategy, planning and engagement with senior management. Responsibilities: To work closely with all professional clubs and helping them in planning and connecting them with Industry speakers for their events. To engage and build relations with recruiters and Industry visitors on Campus. Help students with updated information on Industries, companies and kind of opportunities available to them. Also help L&D by feeding them additional information on students, their aspirations, gaps and areas of improvement. To work closely with the process team on optimising and ensuring a comprehensive and smooth placement experience for both the recruiters as well as the students. To work closely with the Placom, BD and the Process team on establishing frequent and transparent communication.
