Sales Director, Revenue Cycle Management

Initially India based role with significant travel to US and eventually relocating to US after 1 year as per company policies. This role will lead the new business development efforts of IKS Revenue cycle management services in US. This will be initially India based role, travelling to US as required and eventually relocating to US after 1 year as per company policies. The candidate will also represent Inventurus in key industry events in US to present specific thought leadership topics. Key responsibilities include : Develop new client relationships in the healthcare Ambulatory service providers space. Drive and lead new customer relationships into multi- million dollar engagements. Successfully lead cross-functional team members through complex sales cycles. Create, manage and operate a funnel of leads and opportunities. Achieve targeted sales numbers and follow IKS sales methodology and process for qualifying and closing new businesses. The successful candidates should possess: Demonstrated record of leadership and market presence, preferably with large consulting firms, and outsourcing companies in the healthcare sector. Experience in software companies managing large integrated deals with multi-year relationships will also be considered. Demonstrated capability in new business development & managing end-to-end sales process. Ability to lead & motivate a team to achieve the sales goals. Experience doing requirement analysis, implementing & managing EHR, EMR projects and end user training. Experience in hospital operations is an added advantage. Ability to work autonomously, manage complex negotiations & Consultative Sales experience to identify and pursue opportunities directed at CXOs and key decision-makers. Ability to discuss business issues from both big picture and immediate day-to-day and use this to articulate proposition, solution & partnership plan. Extremely high energy team player with a burning desire to succeed in fast paced environment and rapidly evolving market. High degree of integrity , work ethic and analytical abilities Track record of achieving multi-million dollar quotas consistently. Desired Profile Medical Physician with background in healthcare IT systems, Revenue cycle and clinical analytics. Strong personal communication and presentation skills. Ability to quickly build confidence & credibility with prospects, customers and internal team members. Provide customer strategy & insights to solution and operations team. At least 3- 5 years of experience in consulting, outsourcing, software services in healthcare sector. Geography exposure in US or UK in client engagement and sales. MBBS + MBA from leading institutions.
