Sales Operations Manager ( Sf.com )

The sales operations manager is responsible for optimization, documentation and execution of the IKS sales operating model to ensure that all members of the sales team are trained and effectively utilizing the sales operating model. Key responsibilities include : Ongoing training of IKS sales operating model to new hires. Continued evaluation and improvement of the sales processes and procedures. Work with the sales and operations team for accurate revenue forecasting. Developing and implementing sales campaigns. Administrator of CRM (sf.com) Ensuring effective use of sf.com, leverage the features, ensure data integrity, design and develop sales & management reporting, train and educate sales team on the tool. Administrative coordination for the sales organization in the creation, maintenance and standardization of all client facing materials including proposals, presentation and marketing campaigns. As the administrator of all sales material templates, this position also maintains the sales resource library. The successful candidates should possess: Experience with Salesforce CRM at a user/admin skill level Demonstrated experience of how a CRM application can be utilized to improve business processes to achieve both top and bottom line success. Experience in sales support administering all client facing materials. Advanced Word, PowerPoint & excel skills. Excellent analytical, process design and problem solving skills, combined with strong business judgment and demonstrated project management experience High sense of urgency and goal orientation (thrives in fast paced sales environment). Flexible in the face of changing priorities. Ability to multitask, prioritize a variety of tasks, manage project timelines, deliverables and stakeholders to meet deadlines. High degree of integrity & work ethic Desired Profile Minimum 5- 7 years related experience in sales operations or sales support, supporting field sales and sales management. Strong personal communication, presentation skills and a team player. Experience interacting with US based sales team, coordinate effectively with leaders across the organization. At least 3- 5 years of experience in consulting, outsourcing, software services companies. Bachelors degree (MBA preferred) from leading institutions. Experience 3 - 7 Years Industry Type BPO / Call Centre / ITES Role Sales/Business Development Manager
