Key Accounts Manager
Prospect and solicit Corporate Clients for Employee Benefit Solutions to achieve targeted sales. Make appointments, explore the corporate requirement and select appropriate fund/ non fund product to meet these needs from the Group product range, gain customer agreement to purchase, accurately complete sales documentation Build & maintain relationship with the key decision makers in the allocated accounts Build a good customer base in order to explore opportunities to cross-sell & up-sell Meet the top line target as assigned for group clients in the designated territory/Industries/Vertical. Generate leads through IDBI Bank, Federal Bank , Corporate Brokers and Open market. Make appointments, explore the corporate requirement and select appropriate fund/ non fund product to meet these needs from the Group product range, gain customer agreement to purchase, accurately complete sales documentation. Increasing market share of IDBI Federal with respect to group insurance sales in the designated territory. Build & maintain relationship with the key decision makers in the allocated accounts. Deepening existing relationship with clients and complete account mapping. Responsible for sales completion by facilitating documentation & ensuring prompt issue of policy document : Explore opportunities to develop new markets/ segments in line with company sales strategy from time to time Build a good customer base in order to explore opportunities to cross-sell & up-sell, Obtain referral to further prospects where appropriate. Analyze the market intelligence data including environmental, customer & competitor information & initiatives and pre-empt its impact on the business. Keep a track of the clients / competition business initiatives and future plans and analyze its impact on the business Identify the opportunities for the new products, services & applications & enhancing the existing infrastructure Ensure the maintenance of the prospect data containing the information as per the defined systems & procedures Accept & follow up on suggestions, request & complaints received from clients, ensure claim requests are serviced Strict adherence to Companys KYC, AML guideline , keep abreast of regulatory changes and ensure compliance to all laid norms.
