WEALTH MANAGER Business Group: Wealth Management Group Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities Deliver Wealth Management Banking services to existing customers. Acquiring and developing customer relationships. Work with Product Specialists on a wide array of specialty products and guide customers on investment opportunities. Use financial acumen and investment expertise to review clients personal data, align clients need through superior service, and seamlessly align service delivery for an enhanced experience. Focus on business development across liabilities, assets & fee to sustain and achieve growth in relationship value and revenues. Contribute to the overall performance and profitability of the branch, branch sales targets, and Investment & Insurance penetration targets. Proactively grow his/her portfolio through regular customer contact, ongoing financial planning and proactive management of the customer relationship. Consistent high touch client contact and experience, and attending to client service requests on both service and sales matters. Responding to customers requests/queries and complaints promptly. Maintain high levels of operational integrity, and compliance with key regulatory and bank level requirements Key Skills Excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving and customer relationship management skills Planning and organisational skills.
