Role: Experience in both people management & program handling with expertise, working knowledge in technical environment. Need to be comfortable with exploratory Data analysis and should drive / provide guidance to the team on Project execution. Ability to work closely with senior HP IT clients and also with ES Business leads; should be capable to quickly shifting priorities and handle multiple projects end to end simultaneously based on business needs. The person should have good program management skills managing multiple projects independently. Need to understand client requirements, scope projects and ensure project delivery as per agreed Timelines & create Business impact. Need to be a good team leader managing people : motivating the team and getting best service delivery out of the team Should be able to drive projects end to end from scoping to resource deployment and ensure successful delivery Collaborates with regional and global ES business units both IT team and ES team from a stakeholder perspective and also with internal teams from a GLA perspective Monitors and Reviews individual , team , project performance on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement thereby better customer satisfaction Communicates requirements and guidelines to the regional and global business units Desired Profile Required skills: Excel and SAS is mandatory Good Technical Knowledge: Database Management skills experience in SQL and Access are preferred; Exceedingly good communication skills as interactions are with senior leaders in the IT organization and in ES Business; Education and Experience Required: Any Engineering / Computer Graduate from a recognized university with a Masters degree Masters is mandatory either an MBA or a Masters in Statistics Typically with an overall experience of 8+ years in a KPO environment. Expertise in Project Management with skill sets in Data analysis domain - developing statistical models etc. Should have atleast 2-3 years of People Management experience handling people ; He needs to ensure both delivery and people management go hand in hand effectively Experience 8 - 13 Years Industry Type IT-Software / Software Services Role Manager - Market Research / Consumer Insights / Industry Analysis
