Senior Executive/Manager, Admin (Procurement)

Responsibilities You will manage all issues pertaining to procurement in the following areas: policy compliance, coordinating procurement activities and supervising procurement staff. You are required to formulate and review all procurement policies, procedures and training. You will establish term/period contracts and framework agreements for board-wide purchases. You will provide advice to the departments and screen all procurement approvals for correctness of submission, procedures and documentation. You will educate users on IM procurement guidelines. You are also the custodian of all contract documents, MOUs and agreements. Other duties include performing the role of administrator for GeBIZ and HPB’s procurement system. Requirements • A good Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably Procurement related • Minimum 3 years experience in a purchasing-related role • Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Manager position • Knowledge in the Government Procurement Instruction Manuals, Financial Circulars and Financial Circular Minutes • Knowledge in GeBIZ and SAP • Good oral and written communication skills. Excel in interpersonal skills with attention on internal and external customer needs, as well as associate business contacts • Demonstrated ability to streamline operational procedures, perform continuous improvement activities, and present project reports to Senior Management • Able to manage workload and focus on priorities.
