Asst.manager- Sales

1) To generate sales for wide range of Tiles through Dealers, Sub Dealers, Specifiers, Builders, Architects for smaller projects 2) To develop close relationship with existing Dealers / Sub Dealers 3) To appoint new Dealers / identify sub dealers, thus expanding the network 4) To maintain the database of all the dealers and sub-dealers in the assigned area. 5) To keep track of new / emerging developers and their current / upcoming project sites to promote our products. 6) Ensuring product specification to generate future sales. 7) To ensure proper marketing activities such as Meets, Site & Promotional Branding , Counter staff training in coordination with Marketing Team 8) To report competitor's activities in allotted area and suggest counter measures. 9) To ensure smooth and effective servicing of customer complaints Salary:Good compensaation with incentive & allowances Industry:Construction / Engineering / Cement / Metals Functional Area:Sales, Retail, Business Development Role Category:Retail Sales Role:Sales/Business Development Manager Education:(UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization) AND (PG - MBA/PGDM - Marketing) AND ( Doctorate - Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required) Market Knowledge:- Candidate should have exposure in local market. Language - Good Command in English in addition to local language Specific Skills:- Exposure in dealer / distribution network, channel sales, secondary sales, willing to travel in allotted region. Geographical mobility is an added advantage. EXPERIENCE IN BUILDING MATERIAL INDUSTRY WILL BE PREFERRED.
