Sales Engineer

Responsibilities: Develop and execute business plan and sales strategies in line with Greenpac Business Models. Apply the developed strategic business plan and sales strategies to target new customers and prospects. Make the retention of the existing customer. Close the business deals/sales Assist to implement sales and marketing plan and accountable for , interaction and purchasing services to increase consumer penetration and sales conversions Responsible for product life cycles. Analyze project profitability , revenue , margin , bill rates and utilization and project EOL Assist in the preparation and implementation of strategies to achieve sales targets Provide sales support by speaking to prospective and existing customers via Internet, telephone, face-to-face sales calls and visits Assist in the development and implementation of short and long term marketing plans Maintain customer databases, and preparing and analyzing reports to optimize performance of products sales Achieve the sales KPI Develop of self by :developing consultative sales skills; learning about customers procurement functions and learning Greenpac’s cost models and pricing Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Communications, Business, Marketing or Technology Strong computer skills are required preferably with experience in website development software, Microsoft Office products, and PhotoShop. Good technical knowledge, strong interpersonal skills, good negotiation and communication skills (both verbal and written), thrive under pressure, and work with minimal supervision Self-motivated, detailed oriented work style, quick learners to assimilate to social media changes as they occur, good project and time management Committed to working outside prescribed hours to complete tasks when required Appreciation and interest in outdoor activities and knowledge of packaging It had better with packaging experience /background What is in it for you: Competitive compensation Work in an exciting start-up environment Opportunity for advancement
