SAM Administrator Software Asset Management ("SAM") Reporting To SAM General Manager Up to £25k basic +​ bonus Kingston upon Thames All applicants must have experience of working in administration around Software Asset Management, and have experience of dealing with the administrative processes of Tier 1 software vendors (eg Microsoft, Citrix, Symantec) Purpose of Job To provide efficient and responsive administrative support to SAM General Manager and SAM pre-sales resources, ensuring the smooth running of the SAM department and effective handling of queries from internal and external customers.​ Producing quotes and reviewing SAM related contracts.​ Responsibilities • Effective handling of general queries into the SAM team - priority on Sales.​ • Production of quotes and pre-sales materials.​ • Coordination of SAM Sales & Marketing Plan.​ • Effective review of all SAM Contracts/​Statement of Works to ensure these adhere to Corporate Governance protocols with appropriate sign-offs as necessary.​ • Month end reporting and performance analysis.​ Individual Duties /​ Tasks • Review SAM related contracts and prepare amendments as required for review and signature.​ • Act as the focal point for all Account Manager and Sales queries into the SAM team.​ • Prepare SAM quotations and proposals for Account Managers, SAM Business Development Manager and end customers.​ • Coordinate scheduling and booking of SAM meetings/​demos with customers, suppliers and Account Managers.​ • Collate and maintain SAM pre-sales materials including presentation and proposal templates.​ • Maintain SAM intranet/​SharePoint pages ensuring content is relevant and up to date.​ • Maintain SAM marketing and sales activity plan and coordinate initiatives with Sales, Marketing and partner organisations.​ • Collation and production of departmental management and performance reports.​ • Management and monitoring of SAM General Manager and SAM Pre-Sales email accounts.​ • Support efficient running and operation of the SAM team through provision of administrative support for activities such as document printing, scanning, travel bookings, etc.​ Skills Required • Competent with Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Good general maths to support production of accurate quotes • Experience of reviewing and marking-up contractual documents Qualities • Excellent communication, both written and oral • Presentable and articulate • Ability to work under own initiative and proactive in assisting others • Methodical and organised with good attention to detail • High degree of numeracy • Enthusiastic, team player
