CA -Intermediate having minimum 4 Finance and Accounts Expereince Maintain accounts payable files including pertinent vendor information Copy all invoices necessary to maintain fixed assets binders and author advance schedules Handle all vendor calls regarding invoices, payments, returns, etc. Perform weekly check runs, as well as any interim check runs that may be required Maintain Excel Spreadsheet of accounts payable balances Perform end of month procedures for accounts payable Prepare daily cash deposits, including photocopying checks and stubs, write up daily deposit slip and prepare daily cash entry Record deposits in cash receipts journal and turn in deposit slip to supervisor
