Operations Executive, Shipping

Responsible for carrying out shipping agency services related to vessels calling at Singapore terminals, berths or territorial waters on behalf of our principals. Key Duties & Responsibilities Provide physical attendance to vessels and ensure all requirements are carried out properly and timely. Liaise and coordinate port calls with key stakeholders like Supervisors, Managers, Masters, Owners and Owners’ representatives, charterers, local authorities and port vendors. Ensure all information, communication and correspondences relating to port calls are properly maintained in work files and archived into our data system. Ensure work files are duly completed and be delivered on time to Disbursement Team for necessary invoicing. Requirements Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level. At least 2 years of relevant work experience. Preferably with prior experiences in attending to Breakbulk ships, Dry Cargo Ships and Navy Ships. Possess good working knowledge of Singapore ports and Maritime regulations. Must have basic knowledge in Agency Shipping Operations Procedure. Independent and able to work well in a team where necessary. Display positive attitude and possess high integrity. Able to work long and/or irregular hours.
