Administration Manager

A leading foreign bank is currently expanding its operations-corporate assets team and are seeking individuals at Manager level for loan administration with 8-12 years of post graduation experience. All contractual duties and obligations of facility agent and/or escrow agent are performed effectively and efficiently as per agreement; Review agreements and other transactional documents; Translate agreements/documents into actionable; Conditions Precedent are met before drawdown; monitor and ensure Conditions Subsequent are satisfied by the stipulated deadlines; Utilisation request from company and arrange for drawdown of funds by participating bank timely; Interest and fee calculations, coordinate interest and fee payments as well as repayments by company; Payment of principal/interest/fees/penalties to participating bank timely; All expenses and fees due are billed accurately and promptly, monitor and ensure collection of outstanding payments; Execute waivers, amendments, requests etc efficiently between company/participating bank/legal counsel; Co-ordinate with company/participating bank/legal counsel on signing of document; Facilitate day-to-day ongoing communication between company/participating bank/legal counsel on all queries relating to agency matters, covenants and facility documents, giving advice/solutions; Proper records and safekeeping of facility/security documents both in hardcopies and electronically; Appointment of legal counsel and negotiation of legal fee; Organise, chair and take minute for company/participating bank/legal counsel meeting; Establish and open escrow account; Collection and distribution of periodic reporting of account activity to participating bank/company; Collection and distribution of information/covenant undertaking timely; Co-ordinate primary/secondary loan transfer Perform enforcement in an event of a default; Prepare and submission of reports to local regulator; Implement and/or enhance internal controls, procedures/process and complete internal documentation and checklists such as Business Continuity Plan, Manual and Service Level Agreement. Requirements Degree holder minimum 8-12 years experience in a similar role with good experience in loans operations and/or documentation. Candidate must be meticulous and analytical with strong language skills and an aptitude for numbers, committed, responsible and reliable; motivated and a team-player, always ready and willing to help colleagues and share ideas, pro-active, enthusiastic, and keen to learn. Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident preferably with Mandarin fluency
