Relationship Executive

Northeast
Within 5 mins walking distance from Boon Keng MRT station

DP Information Group is currently looking for energetic individuals to join our team of Relationship Executives (Customer Service) fulfilling the following duties:

Handle incoming enquiries from clients via phone or emails
Pro-actively engage customers through follow-ups via emails and phone calls
To follow up with prospects on enquiries and requirements.
Facilitate after sales follow ups - coordinate and monitor progress of delivery of service from our vendor / internal departments
Responsible for retention of customers through renewal of service with DP Information Group
Deliver services with professionalism, integrity and service excellence
Requirements:

You must have at least 'O' Level and above
Good phone etiquette, customer centric attitude, possess the passion to serve customers
Minimally 2 years of experience in customer service area/account management
Bilingual in English and Mandarin (need to liaise with mandarin speaking associates)
Meticulous, ability to work independently and adapt to changes
