Executive/ Senior Executive, Strategic Planning

Job Description

Executive/ Senior Executive will contribute towards and be responsible for executing theC3A’s initiatives.  Key tasks include but not limited to the following:

  • Execute detailed operations and resolve arising issues to ensure high quality programme delivery
  • Be accountable for meeting targeted deliverables at agreed timeframe
  • Work closely with programme managers to achieve objectives
  • Engage and build positive relationships with programmes’ partners to deliver results as agreed
  • Encourage collaborative working environment by being able to work and share information across teams
  • Minimum Diploma (with 2-3 years’ relevant experience) or Bachelor’s degree (B.A. with at least 1-2 years related experience) in Social Science, Business Management or its equivalent
  • Willingness to learn new things and explore new approaches with ability to propose practical solutions are critical
  • Proficient in English presentation skills; good writing skills are advantageous
  • Able to read Chinese and make presentations to Mandarin-speaking associates are a plus
  • Ideal candidate must have positive perception towards active ageing, strong problem solving and interpersonal skills, good attention to details and be able to manage multiple tasks under pressure with “can-do” attitude
