EC Account Manager

Responsible for developing & managing the enterprise comp client & client broker partnership for new or established accounts. Responsible for interacting with clients on an executive level, understanding and communicating agreed upon expectations to operations for all services, and promote client retention by providing excellent service, reporting outcomes, and client awareness of product enhancements.
Essential Job Duties:     • Facilitate and coordinate client implementation(s) • Coordinate, prepare, & facilitate client meetings and claim reviews • Discuss, understand, and meet agreed upon key performance standards as mutually determined by CorVel and client(s) • Present information to client(s) in an organized and persuasive fashion • Identify, troubleshoot, & resolve service issues impacting customer satisfaction • Prepare & present stewardship & other ad hoc client reports • Maintain excellent client communication to ensure that all service expectations are identified and maintained • Develop / maintain account service instructions & location structure • Manage client contract renewals & coordinate pricing • Coordinate client invoicing of service fees & manage client outstanding accounts receivable • Monthly account updates documented in Salesforce.com • Knowledge of CorVel’s services and completion of all CorVel product training modules • Regular attendance on monthly team calls • Travel as required • Performs other duties as assigned
Education/Training Requirements:     Bachelor’s degree, national certification of equivalent in business or sales and marketing. Must have demonstrated past experience in management or supervision. Must have a strong understanding in the area of workers compensation, excellent oral and written communication, excellent presentation skills, strong analytical, and computer skills.
