Teller
Position Summary
This position is responsible for providing our customers an exceptional banking experience through the relationships we build, the services and products we provide, and the professional image we portray. This position is not assigned to a particular branch but moves around to different locations as needed weekly. You will be assigned to a central Hub and could travel up to a 50 mile radius with certain mileage reimbursements.

Essential Functions:
· Provide routine banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, loan payments, fund transfers, and check cashing.
· Provide money orders, cashier’s checks and gift cards.
· Accept requests for stop payments and wire transfers
· Identify and offer relevant banking services and products to our customers
· Maintain the safety and confidentiality of customer information.
· Follow all standard operating procedures
· Effectively operate basic banking technologies such as personal computer, copy machine, telephone, fax machine, 10-Key, etc.
· Accurately balance cash daily
· Regular and reliable attendance.
Minimum Qualifications:
· High School diploma or GED Equivalent
· Basic Math-add, subtract, divide, multiply, fractions, and percentages.
· Ability to effectively utilize computer technology
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to clearly speak, hear, see and communicate with our customers.
· Ability to stand for up to four hours at a time.
· Ability to perform repetitive finger, hand, and arm movement.
· Ability to occasionally kneel, reach bend, push pull, carry.
· Ability to lift up to 25lbs.
