Business Analyst in HR Domain

Candidate must have a minimum of 3 to 4 years experience as Business Analyst in HR domain (preferably in a medium to large size IT organization). Well experienced in implementing and supporting IT applications. Expert in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation of system specifications and have an in-depth understanding of the responsibilities of a BA in the entire SDLC. Typical duties and responsibilities include (but not limited to) are: Understanding of HR related Business processes Experience as a BA in IT implementation (preferably any HRMS and custom applications) related to HR processes in an IT organization. Familiar with social design Experience in as-is process mapping, gap analysis and business requirement gathering. Creating Business Requirement documents , Use cases specifications Expertise in MS Office applications ( Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT, Visio) Serves as a liaison between Human Resources and technical teams to provide systems support and analysis and to leverage technology solutions to meet the needs of HR and users of HR information systems throughout Cognizant. Provides project oversight from design through implementation. Identifies, tracks, monitors and communicates on project-related issues, scope changes, variances and contingencies that occur during the course of projects. Monitors project work to ensure that progress is maintained within expected guidelines and is completed on a timely basis. Excellent communication, Client facing and presentation skills. Dynamic team player with strong commitment and attention to detail.
