Assistant Front Office Manager
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the efficient operations of the front desk
- Assisting the Front Office Manager in evaluating and improving the performance of Front Office Team
- Conduct inspections of guest rooms, meeting rooms, auditorium and lobby
- Ensure that guests requests are answered promptly
- Prepare and conduct Front Desk meetings and resolve issues
- Coordinate training and meetings for the front office team
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or Hospitality & Tourism and/or 2 years experience as Duty Manager
- Demonstrated leadership and managerial skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Opera System
- Must be organized and systematic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Only Singaporeans & Singapore PRs may apply
