Job Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Senior Executive in the Public Housing Scheme.
Process members’ applications to use their CPF monies to finance their HDB flats.
Process refund to members’ CPF accounts upon sale of their HDB flats.
Handle enquiries from members, Housing Development Board, financiers and lawyers.
Ensure that the SOPs are adhered to and the section is able to meet the service standards.
Handle ad-hoc assignments and other administrative duties.
