• Professional will support multiple basic to complex audits that have a moderate to major significance/risk to the Company.  Assignment may include operational audits, capital project reviews, joint venture audits, financial or accounting related audits, and Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 compliance.

• Identify and assess risks, develop audit programs, test key controls and develop process improvement recommendations.

• Perform audit work – including, but not limited to observations, interviews, analytical procedures, and detailed testing of data.

• Complete assigned workload including performing research, documenting processes/findings, monitoring and follow-up.

• Provide regular updates to audit senior and/or manager and assist with other assignments such as development of presentations for weekly status update meetings

• Prepare and present articulate internal audit report findings and recommendations to audit senior and/or manager including compelling solutions and recommendations.

• Participate as a member of departmental or cross-departmental teams on special projects.

• Require domestic and international travel up to 30%.

• Master's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field.

• 2-4 years experience performing financial and operational audits and/or related functions

•  Knowledge of GAAP, auditing standards and Sarbanes-Oxley Act.

• Highly motivated, customer-focused professional to assist/lead as necessary to plan, execute and finalize audits according to strict deadlines and within budget in conjunction with the Global Audit initiatives and objectives.

• Must have high level of organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and provide attention to detail

• Must be proactive and a self starter

• Demonstrated strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Must be able and willing to learn, understand and apply new technologies and systems

• Lead, own and maintain all assigned tasks including tracking of progress and completion

• Ability to document relevant facts to support audit testing in accordance with professional standards.

• Ability to effectively communicate with a global team and interact with personnel at all levels throughout the organization.

Desirable Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Familiarity with SAP system  

• Knowledge in data analysis and experience using data analysis tools such as Access, ACL, IDEA, SQL, etc. is preferred

• Audit related certification or license, such as CPA, CFE, CISA or CIA is preferred

• Fluent in other languages, such as Spanish is a plus

• Public Accounting (Big 4) audit experience is preferred
