Service Coordinator


    * Acts as a liaison between sales, customer, vendors and other departments to ensure that installations are well coordinated, accurate and simple for Cbeyond customer.
    * Responsible for accepting all orders and verifying accuracy and completeness, providing technical support as needed.
    * Responsible for managing the order through installation milestones to completion, ensure billing is correct and services activated.
    * Enters completed packages into OSS systems and order additional services as required by the order.
    * Provides resolution to issues regarding the order throughout the process.
    * Works closely with Circuit Delivery, Provisioning, Service Activations and Installer Field Techs to ensure smooth installation and activation.
    * Ensures customer expectations are set accordingly throughout the order lifecycle.
    * Coordinates activation of services with customer and vendor as well as internal Cbeyond departments.
    * Initiates and manages escalations throughout internal Cbeyond departments.
    * Informs Pipeline Manager and Operations Director in an expeditious manner, any unresolved issues impacting the customer’s desire to install.
    * Adheres to the Cbeyond Core Values and Competencies.
    * Responsible for accepting / facilitating MAC orders for existing customers when necessary.
    * Responsible for meeting assigned daily productivity targets, monthly installation targets and report card metrics.
    * Responsible for delivering Customer Installation Satisfaction.


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

    * Minimum of 5 years experience in telecommunications, project mgmt or related field.
    * Problem solving skills, resourceful and effective in making decisions.
    * Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
    * Strong organizational and technical skills, detail oriented.
    * Proven ability to work effectively with customers, contractors and vendors.
    * Ability to manage multiple projects to completion.
    * Ability to work independently to meet deadlines and deal efficiently with a fast paced environment.
    * Strong customer support skills.
    * Intermediate level or better computer skills.
    * College Degree Preferred
