Record management Analyst

As a Record Management Analyst you must be able to perform extensive detailed data analysis, organize conclusions and present them to management and members of Logistics cross-functional teams.
You will be responsible for working and coordinating resources for various Data Accuracy & Records Tracking Products.

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

* Define, track and report on facility supplier Advance Shipping Notice (ASN) conformance and accuracy to ensure high performance objectives are achieved and maintained.
* Act as the liaison between the client facility and RAM to ensure issues are identified and resolved in a timely manner.
* Manage resources and issues required to resolve misdirected and pre-receipt ASN errors.
* Coordinating efforts with other team members to ensure all data downloads are completed on time and pre-edit grief is resolved quickly and accurately.
* Coordinate and assist team efforts to reconcile Receipt Match Discrepancies (RMD) and obtain proof of deliveries (POD).
* Provide DART product training, as needed on all Inbound Support and dealer returns processes.
* Work with new client facilities to ensure successful installation and set up of the DART Products/Services.

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Math, Statistics or other related technical disciplines.
* Basic understanding of Supply Chain management and Inbound Material Receiving processes at the warehouse level.
* Knowledge and expertise in ANSI X12 and/or EDIFACT EDI standards for transactions to include supplier conformance standards & error correction/reconciliation.
* Strong customer focus, excellent communication/organizational/interpersonal skills.
* Proven analytical skills, self-motivated, computer systems experience, user programming experience.

Desired Qualifications:

* Previous experience in Logistics or Materials Management preferred.
* Good communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
