Solutions Quality Principal

Responsibilities: As a member of the Strategy & Innovation Office (SIO), you will be part of the Integrated Technology Center of Excellence (ITCoE) team, innovating and upholding the quality of the solutions delivery value chain to our clients. As the solutions-support ambassador, you will be instrumental in ensuring quality support management by working closely with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the life-cycle of pre and post sales activities. • Work closely with pre-sales team to co-design an innovative solutions-support strategy to strengthen our value proposition to customers • Manage the solutions-support transition process from local implementation team to regional solution support center • Engage clients regularly to uncover and escalate strategic client issue resolution to relevant stakeholders, uphold/review SLA obligations and continuously innovate the support process. • Collaborate with the regional solutions support center and lead strategic change initiatives to improve the quality of the local solutions delivery value chain. Requirements: • A good Degree in Computer Science or Engineering • At least 5 years of IT Project Management experience with 2 cycles of software development experience in implementing enterprise systems. Some consultative selling experience in IT solutions is a plus • Strong knowledge in certification for the following areas: Project Management (PMP), Quality & Process Improvement (Lean Six Sigma), IT Service Management (ITIL), Technical Risk Management, Requirement Engineering (CBAP) and Solution Architecting (TOGAF) will be highly desired • Superior people management, negotiation and influencing skills at all levels and across different business functions with excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong aptitude for understanding both technology and business. Experience in the domains of outsourcing services, document management, office automation, and printers/multi-function peripherals will be an advantage Other information: Placement type: Permanent Others: Replacement role *Please note that estimated salary guideline given does not constitute an actual offer package.
