Coordinator CRM

Job Description:

    * Performs the following for Harrah’s Atlantic City Operations: Acts as Key user for patron database, Access, SQL and MWB. Consults with and advises users of the various Winner’s Information Network (WINet) capability and possible use to support business objectives.
    * Responsible for training all end users on Winner’s Information Network (WINet).
    * Develops and enforces ongoing WINet training to ensure all end users understand and utilize WINet to its fullest extent.
    * Trouble shoots customer account issues related to marketing programs, tier scores, and credit issues.
    * Understanding of the cross-property Marketing goals required.
    * Participates in base case testing of WINet project or any system changes requested.
    * Trains employees prior to the installation of newly developed systems or requested system changes.
    * Performs standard campaign and ad hoc queries on MWB and CMS systems.
    * Uses SQL and MWB for various functions including test group comparative performance, predictive modeling and database analysis.
    * Generates standard monthly marketing and customer behavior reports.
    * Supports database management in ensuring overall integrity of customer database.
    * Inputs or manages requests for all retail and Casino marketing list requests pertaining to mailings, telemarketing and analysis.
    * Creates and maintains all program offers in the Offers Systems, ensuring communication between all systems, CMS, MWB, PDB, LMS, EMS, and other applicable systems.
    * Maintains up-to-date knowledge of complex offer components including test & controls, unique customer segmentation and varying collateral assignments.
    * Creates, maintains and edits files, reports and matrices.
    * Performs program data checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of all marketing customer lists.
    * Reviews collateral to ensure mailer adherence to brand creative standards and content and format accuracy.
    * Keeps abreast of postal regulations.
    * Responsible for the purchase order system for the direct marketing function.
    * Tracks all direct mail expenses associated with printing, postage and lettershop.
    * Produces accurate and timely monthly direct mail budget reports for review by management and accounting.
    * Maintains and updates the Direct Marketing project calendar and forecast; works with internal and external departments to adhere to mailing timeframe guidelines.
    * Distributes internal direct mail communications.
    * Responsible for tracking and supporting all other Direct Marketing Programs as needed.
    * This position has view only access to CMS; does not have ability to modify information.



    * College degree; 1-3 years experience in managing data driven marketing campaigns; must possess excellent skills in project and people management, communication and writing, or other equivalent work experience.
    * Literate and fluent in English.
    * Proficient proofreading and copywriting skills needed.
    * Experience with Harrah’s on-line purchasing systems; working knowledge of current postal rules.
    * Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills required.
    * Professional interpersonal skills.
    * Knowledge of multiple systems that support business objectives from both a property and brand perspective, specifically: WINet, CMS, Sequel AS/400, Business Objects and Hotel and Events Management Systems a plus.
    * Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access, required.
    * Must be able to obtain a NJ Casino Employee Registration License.
