Customer Support Services Consultant Junior
Summary of role:
The main responsibilities of this role will include:
* Responds to 2nd level customer support issues and 1st level support where required
* Delivers product installations according to internal procedures
* Ensures Remedy is updated with ticket details at all times
* Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction through professionalism; timely response and resolution of issues
* Ensures SLA's are met
* Escalates opportunities and/or issues according to established procedure
* Works within defined objectives using internal procedures
* Alternative procedures used only after consultation with other experienced staff
* Work is performed under direction of manager or more senior team members
* Work is reviewed regularly
* Work in different business time and on call 24hs / 7 days.
Qualifications
Skills and Knowledge:
* Basic knowledge of Telecommunication environment and customer services procedures
* General knowledge of Billing , Interconnection or Roaming
* Works well within a team environment
* Able to communicate effectively to convey and clarify information
* Basic understanding of client requirements and product implementation.
Education & Experience:
* Degree or Diploma in Information Technology; Computer Science, Engineering
* Able to communicate in English (Advanced) and Spanish (Intermediary)
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Unix and Database (Oracle) experience preferred
* 0-2 years of work experience
