Business Support Administrator

Responsibilities In these roles, you will be: 1) Managing customers’ orders, order processing, invoicing, submission of purchase orders and supporting documents to principals, arranging delivery and/or installation and handling order-related enquiries. 2) Maintaining customer care standards by keeping track of service maintenance expiry, sending quotations and processing their purchase orders so as to ensure minimum interruption. 3) Assisting Customer Care team to help ensure in-house Customer Relationship Management system is properly used to achieve excellent customer service and satisfaction. 4) Assisting and executing various audit activities (ISO QMS / WSQ) and adherence to standardized documentation procedures. 5) Posting of recruitment ads on Jobs Portal, selecting of applicants by requirements and arranging for interviews between applicants and interviewers 6) Providing general administrative duties (business travel, logistics management, filing, maintaining of department records and reports preparation) and support to the operations team that may be assigned by management from time to time. Minimum Requirements 1. Only Singapore Citizen or Singapore PR need apply. 2. Candidate must possess at least a relevant and recognized Diploma. 3. Experience or qualifications in below is an advantage: a) At least 4-5 years of administrative experience. b) At least 2-3 years of experience in customer service-related work. c) Work experience in an ISO environment and involvement in Quality Management System (QMS) projects. d) Fluently bilingual in English and Mandarin. 4) Possess the following attributes: • Professional with strong sense of ethics and morals. • Integrity and honesty. • Inquiring, analytical mind and meticulous attention to detail. • A curious, creative mind which relishes a good challenge. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Self-motivated with a strong drive and desire to win. • Ability to inspire confidence and trust amongst colleagues and customers.
