Senior Project Manager - Plumbing & Fire Fighting

Job Description Degree / Diploma -Civil / Mechanical Engg with 15-18 years of experience. Execution and monitoring of progress for Plumbing, firefighting works. Experience in High Rise Buildings. Coordination and interaction with Architects / Services Consultants & clients. Checking of the BOQs, settlements of bills and other related contract documents. Coordination with HVAC agency and HVAC drawings. Planning of the project and implementation in all respects of the Project needs. Should have worked for projects like residential or commercial / high rise buildings.
