Senior Professionals- Sales / Business Development

We are looking for experienced Sales & Business Development professionals in Manufacturing/ Hitech/ CPG vertical . The person should have extensive experience in selling technology services to Manufacturing/Hi-Tech companies. Technology Focus : IT Applications Services around Manufacturing - Hitech domain, with focus on Enterprise wide apps around ERP, CRM, Middleware, Testing and core platforms Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities : 1.) Hunt for new business acquisition within the Enterprise market in a defined region, handling the complete sales Lifecycle. 2.) The candidate should have good contacts with prospective clients and have a strong networking in Manufacturing Industry 3.) Managing day-to-day relationships with clients and developing a deep understanding of their requirements and long-term business strategies 4.) Mining existing accounts for additional business through development of engagement by cross-selling the full service portfolio 5.) Work closely with delivery functions in ensuring successful execution of projects, allowing complete tracking of the engagement against business parameters set 6.) Work Closely with Pre Sales & Marketing to identify and communicate customer and Industry requirement. 7.) Identify Partnerships and Alliances across the region and create new engines of revenue. 8.) Guide and Mentor Lead generation team to generate Leads through various campaigns. 9.) Manage the full corporate sales cycle - from initial unqualified inquiries, quotation, evaluation and support issues, commercials, price negotiation and closure. Increase the conversion rate of inquiries/ closed sales. 10.) Monitor and report on all activities and forecasts and provide relevant management information Salary: "best in the Industry" Industry: IT-Software / Software Services Functional Area: Sales, Retail, Business Development Role Category: Corporate Sales Role: Sales/Business Development Manager Keyskills: Sales, Business development, direct sales, direct selling, account manager, business relationship manager Desired Candidate Profile Education: (UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization) OR (PG - Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization) OR ( Doctorate - Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required) Skills and Experience 1.) 10 years of experience in Solution and Service Sales in Manufacturing/Hitech/CPG companies. Missionary Sales experience would be an added advantage. 2.) Should have a good understanding of the IT Apps ecosystem like SAP , Oracle , SFDC etc. 3.) Entrepreneurial behavior and ability to build focused sales plans ( effectively demonstrated the mining capability) 4.) Should have selling experience of Million plus deals to the in Manufacturing/Hitech/CPG Companies. 5.) Should have an experience in working with offshore teams - Excellent Communicator, with drive and ambition, result focused approach. 6.) Bachelors Degree in a Business related discipline, computer science or engineering with an MBA preferred. 7.) Business Development experience of at least 10-12 years in the technology industry out of which 5- 8 years of local experience. 8.) The ability to prove the Account Management capabilities in developing and retaining key accounts 9.) Outstanding track record in managing sales organizations ideally in high growth companies. 10.) Target driven, leads from the front, Good Negotiating Skills Desired Experience: 10-15 years of Sales & BD experience of IT Services / Solutions in Manufacturing / Hitech / CPG industry with minimum 5-8 years of sales experience in the US geopgraphy. Job Location: US (Danbury / Dallas area / Chicago area / Boston area)
