Administrative Assistants

Candidate Requirements This is a varied role dealing with a number of administrative tasks such as answering telephone and email enquiries from students, visitors and colleagues, maintaining records, databases and systems, ordering stationery, sorting and opening post Competent IT skills, accuracy and the ability to work to deadlines are essential to the role together with proven administration skills and the capability to work supportively and effectively within a team. You must have the ability to work flexibility, have excellent organisation and communication skills and operate as part of a multi-disciplinary team. There are two roles available, based in the various Schools within the College. The roles are fixed term for up to 12 months and available on a full-time basis. Further details will be given at the interview. Further Information Salary: Grade 3. Starting salary £19,990 per annum (inclusive of £2,976 London Allowance), followed by 6 annual increments to £23,148 per annum. The appointment will be subject to a probationary period of 6 months.
