Trainee Supervisor (Island Wide / Airport)

Responsibilities: Oversee a retail outlet to ensure smooth operations and achieve sales targets set To assist in recruitment, supervision and coaching of new retail staff with regards to daily operational duties to achieve the highest possible level of service quality provided to customers To ensure that smooth and efficient running of outlet operations – maintain appropriate stock levels and to review outlet stock ordering To attend and respond to customers’ needs, queries and feedback promptly and professionally To ensure outlets’ administrative; cashiering; roster; staffing issues and general housekeeping duties are performed and up-to-date Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned by immediate superior Monthly remuneration: $1,400 - $1900 (Island Wide) $1,600 - $2100 (Airport) Requirements: Mature, Hardworking, good supervisory and coaching skill Enjoy meeting people and working in a team environment Good communication and interpersonal skills Able to multi-task and handle stress Experience in retail/quick-service food industry a must Min. 1 year of supervisory experience or similar frontline customer service is a bonus Able to work weekends and public holidays.
