Area Collections Manager - Calicut

x - 5 bucket He will be responsible to his Hubs recovery pool, shall be doing regular performance review of agencies and will monitor till FOS level. He will also be responsible for day to day collections, training and pushing agencies for timely deposition of cash/repo, liasoning with legal team and Police for cracking hard cases, periodic audit of receipt books, allocation of cases from time to time, motivating team by meeting and helping them cracking tough cases. He will also be responsible for field visits and drive in the field. He will also be responsible for timely depositions and repo process with the TAT and company policy.
