Clinical Systems Consultant
The Clinical Systems Consultant will be responsible for contributing to or leading in the overall implementation process for CyberLAB and CyberPATH software products. The Consultant will work directly with Management, Sales, Development, and Support. We are seeking a motivated entry level candidate to complete the following tasks:
Travel to client sites to assist in Sales and to install CyberSystem software products.
Conduct implementations following approved procedures and guidelines.
Conduct observations, document interviews and collect data in order to perform a complete facility workflow analysis.
Analyze client needs, develop project plans, and create future workflows that are a functional fit to the client.
Provide communication of project status to the client and ASPYRA implementation team in order to assure all issues are addressed and assignments are met.
Manage and resolve implementation issues in a timely manner.
Responsible for performing detailed product training sessions
Assist the client with recommendations for the integration of CyberSystem products with the client s existing processes.
Assist internal resources in troubleshooting and investigating software and hardware problems.
Primary measures of effectiveness for the position are:
Engage customers to help close new business, develop detailed workflow for new and existing labs, and gain commitment for customer s resource requirements to have a successful implementation.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans including time allocation for each type of resource involved in the projects (new LIS implementations, LIS Upgrades and complex interface projects)
Document status of project plans and time allocations
Meet timeline and quality objectives for all customer) projects (new LIS implementations, LIS Upgrades and complex interface projects
Manage hours applied to complete projects to equal or less that targeted forecast
The Candidate Position Requirements
Associates or Bachelors degree in Medical Technology
