Senior HR Generalist Key Responsibilities Recruitment and on-boarding of new staff Perform in-house stand-up training Drive employee engagement activities Assist in conceptualizing and implementation of HR strategic plans Planning of Annual salary Review and update/formulate policies Requirements Tertiary qualification with at least 4-5 years of relevant experience MNC experience highly preferred Strong in numbers Proactive, results-driven and highly adaptable
