As a senior-level individual contributor, he \ she will negotiate complex and ambiguous challenges, driving solutions that benefit both the organization and an individual too. He \ she must have supported HR for 400+ employees with various product lines. He \ she should effectively interpret policies to help organizations operate effectively within guidelines. Applies knowledge of ALUs business strategies to proactively anticipate business needs based on industry trends. Provides strategic leadership within one's functional area; identify and develop successors. Work closely with Global HRBPs to ensure seamless strategic management of the organization. Participates with other global managers \ global HRBPs to establish corporate strategic plans and objectives; makes final decisions on administrative or operational matters and ensures the operations effective achievement of objectives. Change Agent - Partner with and coach business leadership team to facilitate organization and culture change. Act as a catalyst for building Organizational Effectiveness within the business. Educate business on HR trends that affect the business. The role includes managing employee relations, legal compliance, work force planning, performance management and appraisal, training and career counseling. Employee Development - Identify learning needs of the employees. Define and implement the strategy and programs needed to successfully develop leaders, managers and employees. Organization Capability - Drive Talent management, Manager Feedback and talent identification process, in close collaboration with Leadership. He \ she must communicate effectively in all mediums, especially in stressful situations, and demonstrate a desire to play a critical and integral role in the client organization.
