Account Executive
Responsibilities
- Organize and operate day-to-day activities
- Establish priorities with direct supervisor and institute a process for accomplishing client objectives
- Assist in planning, developing and executing direct-to-consumer communications to foster a stronger relationship with consumers
- Work with team to synthesize knowledge of client’s business, their market, competitive activity and consumer to develop viable business solutions
- Applies customer and sales information from CRM system to deliver value-added insight into analysis results
- Work closely with the internal teams to ensure work is delivered to the highest execution standards, on time and on budget
- Initiate next steps and drive projects to completion
- Possess strong time management and organizational skills
- Manage the account finances, e.g. getting CEs signed before commencing jobs, ensure proper filing, etc
- Take overall responsibility for each project brief, communication to all parties, briefing of business operations, IT briefing, liaison with vendors, delivery against agreed scope of work
- Degree holder in Marketing / Business Management.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in project management role or agency background are preferred
- Strong analytical skills and passion in marketing
- Positive attitude
- Passion to grow the client account
- Savvy in client management and relationships
- Responsive to issues, solution-minded
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Independent, with the ability to be a team-player
