Walk-in Helpdesk Coordinator/receptionist (female)

* Looking for a Female IT Help Desk Executive with minimum 6 months of relevant experience. * Receiving and logging the calls. * Overall in charge for all kind of Helpdesk functionality. * Coordinate with Engineers, Customers, Stores and all Managers on daily basis with the help of Call Logging software. * Escalate the pending calls for allocation to respective Manager * Ability to understand the client query and communicate the same to the engineers to resolve the issue. * Ability to call log efficiently and quickly. * Closing the escalation calls. * Efficient in Email and verbal communication in English. Salary: INR 50,000 - 80,000 P.A.
